Wholesale Terms of Sale, Delivery and Returns

2. Scope and Parties

These terms cover wholesale orders placed through the Online Wholesale section of olgasiparis.com with dealer accounts approved by Olga Çerçeve, and the card payment of those orders. The buyer is a merchant/tradesperson (dealer) purchasing frame profiles, technical materials and related products for their business; these sales are not consumer sales. By confirming the order and proceeding to payment, the dealer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Products, Prices and Orders

• The price list shows product prices excluding VAT — in the payment summary, VAT is calculated separately for each line and the total including VAT is charged.
• Products listed in foreign currency are converted to Turkish lira at the exchange rate announced by Olga Çerçeve on the day the payment summary is prepared; the summary is valid for 15 minutes, after which the price and rate are recalculated.
• Frame profiles are sold by the box; price, shipping and payment terms for less than one box of profile, and for glass, mat board and similar products, are confirmed separately, and these products are outside the scope of direct card payment.
• Stock is confirmed while the order is being prepared. If an item cannot be supplied, the dealer is informed and may request a refund for that line or cancellation of the whole order.

4. Payment

• Card payment is made on the secure payment page of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. as a single payment (no instalments). Card details are not transmitted to or stored by Olga Çerçeve.
• The order becomes final when the payment is verified by PayTR and reported to Olga Çerçeve. Returning from the payment page does not by itself mean the payment was made; the result is shown on the "My Online Orders" screen in the dealer panel.
• The invoice is issued according to the company name and tax details on the dealer account and sent with the goods or by e-mail.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery is by courier throughout Turkey. The delivery address is entered by the dealer before payment.
• Shipping is free on orders whose technical material and frame profile total (excluding VAT) is 5,000 TL or more — below that amount, shipping is paid by the recipient and the shipping fee is paid to the courier on delivery. Shipping terms for orders containing mat board are confirmed separately.
• Orders with verified payment are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days — if stock or volume will extend this, the dealer is informed. The courier and tracking number are shown on the "My Online Orders" screen.
• Goods should be checked in the presence of the courier on receipt; damaged boxes must be recorded in a report with the courier and reported to Olga Çerçeve the same day.

6. Cancellation

Before the order is shipped, the dealer may request cancellation via the order line or e-mail; the amount of a cancelled order is refunded in full to the card used, via PayTR. The return terms below apply to orders that have already been shipped.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Damaged, missing or incorrectly shipped items must be reported via the order line or e-mail within 14 days of delivery. Olga Çerçeve replaces the item or refunds its price; in these cases return shipping is covered by Olga Çerçeve.
• Returns of non-defective items are accepted within 14 days with Olga Çerçeve's approval, provided they are unused and in their original box; in this case the return shipping cost is borne by the dealer. Items cut to size, prepared specially for the dealer, or opened boxes/loose pieces cannot be returned.
• Approved refunds are made in part or in full to the card used for payment, via PayTR. Depending on the bank, it usually takes 2–10 business days for the amount to appear on the card. The refund amount and date are shown on the "My Online Orders" screen.

8. Personal Data

Information processed during ordering and payment is used only to prepare, deliver and invoice the order and to communicate with you. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by Turkish law; the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Olga Çerçeve may update these terms; the current text is published on this page, and the text in force at the time of payment applies to the order.
