What data is processed?

The order system processes only the information needed to prepare and deliver orders: customer name, phone number, order contents and amount. This is information the customer provides when placing the order.

WhatsApp and SMS Notifications

Only informational messages about the customer's own order (the order slip) are sent to the customer's phone number. These messages are delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform or SMS. No advertising or promotional messages are sent. Customers who do not wish to receive notifications can call 0850 305 75 45 to have their number removed from the list.

Instagram, WhatsApp and E-mail Conversations

Messages you send to our Instagram account (@olga.cerceve), our WhatsApp line or our e-mail addresses are forwarded to the inbox of our order system so that we can reply to you. Message content, sender name and any attachments are stored only to handle the conversation and prepare your order; messages on Instagram or WhatsApp are received and answered through Meta's official APIs. If you want your conversations deleted, you can request it through the contact channel below.

Sharing and Retention

Data is not shared with or sold to third parties. For message delivery, only the recipient number and message content are passed to WhatsApp (Meta) and the SMS provider. Order records are kept for as long as commercial bookkeeping obligations require.

Data Deletion Request

If you want the conversations you had with us via Instagram, WhatsApp or e-mail and the records about you deleted, e-mail olgacercevee@gmail.com or call 0850 305 75 45 and state your Instagram username, phone number or e-mail address in your request. The records are deleted within 30 days at the latest and you are notified. Order and invoice records that we are legally required to keep are excluded.

We process only the data needed to prepare and deliver orders and to answer customer messages: customer name, phone number, e-mail address, order details and the content of the conversations customers start with us.

Messages sent to our Instagram professional account (@olga.cerceve), to our WhatsApp business number or to our e-mail addresses are received through the official Meta APIs and Gmail and shown in our internal inbox so that our staff can reply. Message content, sender name and attachments are stored only for the purpose of handling the conversation and the related order. Replies are written by our staff; an AI assistant may suggest a draft, but nothing is sent without a staff member's action. We do not sell or share this data with third parties; it is transmitted only to the messaging provider (Meta, Google, SMS provider) needed to deliver our reply.

Data deletion instructions

To request deletion of your conversations and personal data, e-mail olgacercevee@gmail.com or call +90 850 305 75 45 and state your Instagram username, phone number or e-mail address. We delete the records within 30 days and confirm by reply. Order and invoice records that we are legally required to keep are excluded.
